We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. For physical media and electronics handled through our data-destruction service, we follow audited, certified processes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask how it is used. To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.
